Though it's a little late: Happy 2013 everybody. So what's new? I'd love to tell ya one of my New Year's Resolutions was to spend more time with my neglected DA, but we all know that I wouldn't stick to that, XD. Still I will try and post the occasional journal entry whenever I can… you know, for the, what, three people who still check my DA page?

So people often post about what songs they'd have on a soundtrack describing their lives, or the to describe series they like, or to describe parings they like, or… well, you get the idea. Lately I've been thinking to myself "What songs would I use to describe Team McAwesome?" Now, obviously a soundtrack to the Team McAwesome stuff isn't going to happen legitimately, so this is about the closest we're going to get, XD. Heh, seems like every time I promise more DA activity something comes up and for some reason or another I more or less forget about this site. I would make the promise for more activity again but given my track record... yeah probably better that I don't make promises I can't keep. I'm surprised people still know of my profile's existance on this place. So, how's everyone been? Typical I log back in after ages but yet I can't think of anything interesting to say, XD.

So I finished the script for a new KHF Short. However filming of it has had to be put on hold due to a number of reasons. Hopefully I can get it finished soon but we'll see. Either way, I'll get some new content out soon with any luck.

I've been watching Ah! My Goddess when I can and I've got to say the series remains really good. Only real downside for me right now is Skuld, the typical "annoying little sister" character, I think she lives up to that name personally and I feel like she's going to ruin a lot of the remaining series. However, I have said this two times before and have been wrong, first was when Magumi came in and in the end she became just a minor character, second time was when Urd came in and now she's my favourite character (no, not for the reasons you think). So we'll see if I change my tune about Skuld in the future. I still think Marller is comepletely pathetic, if she's what passes for a "first class demon" I don't think Keiichi will ever have anything to worry about. But there's still plently more of the series to go, we'll see if Marller gets her act together and actually does something useful. By the way, apparently her name's spelt "Marller" but in the dub it sounds like they're calling her "Marrah", is this just a mistranslation or something? Is that how I'm meant to say it? Am I just mishearing things? Can somebody clear up what the deal there is please

So... gotta think of something interesting to talk about... So, Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance comes out this month. Us in the UK are apparently getting it a few days before the US apparently... but if what I've heard is correct we won't get the Collector's Edition... but I could be wrong so don't quote me on that, and if I am wrong feel free to correct me and call me a dumbass, XD. I have mixed feelings about the game honestly... but I probably will end up getting it... will have to get a 3DS first though... XD. The series has become SO convaluted now... and I think this new game isn't going to help that any, but we'll see. The demo I played at MCM didn't really impress me all that much, but I think it's because I wasn't using the new features properly. Apparently things can get pretty awesome if you learn how to use your Dream Eaters right. By the way, did anybody else notice an almost Gurren Lagann-esc line in the trailer for the game? There's a scene where the villain of Tron Legacy (haven't seen the film so I don't know his name) demands Sora hand over his Keyblade, to which Sora responds "I can't. This is what lights the darkness, a chance to make everyone happy!" replace "this" with "my drill" and you've got yourself a diet Simon line there, XD. Anybody else think it's weird how in the first game they made this HUGE deal about Sora being the "chosen wielder of the Keyblade" but now nearly everybody and their mothers seem to have one? Square themselves almost seemed to make a joke about this with something Braig said in Birth by Sleep.

In regards to the rumours of a Final Fantasy VII remake Square have said something to the effect that they'll do it "when the new games are better then Final Fantasy VII"... So... in other words never then, XD. While I don't agree VII is the best (again, I DO like the game, I just don't think it's the best), I will say that it is MILES better then the crap Square have been putting out lately... and from the looks of things they're finally starting to see that.

Well I suppose that's all I can really say for now. Wish there was more but I really can't think of anything right now. If you were wondering about anything I didn't mention feel free to ask it in the comments. I'll... try to get around to responding at least. Well that's all for now, later marks.

So yeah, there's been a noticable lack of DA activity from me as of late. There's a number of reasons for it, mainly due to the time of the year and various events that come as a result. But I thought it was about time I gave an update for those of you who still check out my DA page.

First of all, I'm sorry this is VERY late, but thank you to everyone who wished me a Happy Birthday last month. You guys are seriously the best. Thanks to those of you who made things as well, you guys rock.

I've gotten a couple of messages asking me what I think of the Haruhi Movie now that it has a dub. Well I'm sorry to say folks, I haven't watched it yet, and it's not really at the top of my "to watch list", as hard as that may be for some people to believe. Don't worry, I do plan on watching it, but I'm not really in a major hurry to at the moment. When I do get around to it there probably will be a KHF Reaction video to it, but I have no idea how long it will be until I get around to it, so please don't get impatient.

Some are wondering how Fate/Stay Night progress is coming along. Well I'm only up to episode 10 unfortunately. Yes, slow progress but again it's the time of the year and the events that come about because of it. It's hard to find the time to properly sit down and watch it these days. Yes yes, yet I found the time to write this journal, ha ha ha. I will say, despite some minor complaints I am enjoying the series at the moment.

A couple are wondering if I'm going to do a Final Thoughts on Fruits Basket video seeing as I started reviewing it on my old channel. Well here's the thing, in order to put up a Final Thoughts video I'd have to re-upload the KHF Reaction video to it, however that video had some continuity and ongoing jokes from my old channel, and as I explained in the first video on this new channel: this is meant to be a relaunch. Now I have considered remaking the Fruits Basket Reaction in order to tie it in to the new continuity so that I can do a Final Thoughts video, but I'm not sure whether to go through with it or not.

I will be putting up a KHF Christmas Special video this year. I'm not going to say much about it but I will say... expect the unexpected. That's all.

So it seems people liked the first in the new "KHF Shorts" series I'm starting. Like I explained in the description of the video: Sometimes I come up with these short funny segments for videos but I have no idea where to put them in my main videos. So I thought to instead turn them into their own series of shorts. That way I can put out more videos and make use of these short segments. There are plenty more to come.

Top Tens... At the start of the year I promised a return of them... it's nearly the end of the year and I've made... one... which is now gone... Whoops... Well there will be some new ones on this new channel, that is a promise and with the whole relaunch it means I can remake old lists without having to have regard for what was on the originals. But look the thing is, Top Ten lists take a bit more time and a different approach to making the other kinds of videos I make, that's why there's been quite a lack of them. I will try and get some new ones done in the new year... yes I know I've made that promise before.

There's probably more to mention but I can't think of it right this second. But when I do remember I'll be sure to post about it on my DA journal, so be on the look out

Well as some of you may be aware, YouTube have now officially banned my UltimateUKFFFan account. While I can't pretend I'm not annoyed by this, there's nothing I can do about it, so might as well just accept it, no use getting too upset about it. So I've now launched a new channel under the name: KHFMcAwesome. I don't see this as an end to things, but rather as a new beginning to my videos. Things are going to be different now. Things are going to be bigger, things are going to be better. As Legacy's old theme used to say "It's a new day, it's a new generation. It's a new day. No we never look back, no we're never lookin' back." Think that kind of applies to what's happened here. So for all future videos please check out: KHFMcAwesome. Keep in mind this channel is still under construction at the moment, so things look a little basic right now. But soon things will be back to the way they used to be... but better!

So seeing as we've been in 2011 for a while now I thought it was about time for me to do a journal about something.

Well as you've probably seen, after nearly a whole year of promising to make a new one, I've finally put up a new Top Ten List. So what do you guys think of the new format? Like it? Don't like it? Let me know what you think in the comments section. Hopefully there will be more on the way very soon.

I do have a new reaction video in the works that I'll hopefully bring out before the end of the month, but I won't make any promises. It will be a reaction to an anime I promised an old friend I'd check out years ago... which I'm only just now getting round to... I'm not going to say what it is, but I will say it was directed by the same person who directed Pani Poni Dash. That's the only hint I'm giving. Some smart folk out there are probably going to figure it out though.

A couple of people have asked me what's happened to the Dango Mark thing in my videos. Fear not I haven't abandoned it, I do have some plans for it. I'm just preparing to put those plans into motion at the moment, and at the same time giving people a short break from it so-as not to over-do it (though I think I over-did it a bit in the Shana reaction video). I hope people will like what I'm going to do with that storyline because it's going to be something... different let's say.

Is it me, or do the twincest duo from Shana remind you of the Ashfords from Resident Evil: Code Veronica? It's a random thought that suddenly crossed my mind for no reason at all.

So the Royal Rumble's coming up. Not only that it's going to be the first ever 40-man Royal Rumble... who's willing to bet they only did that so they could use it a selling point for the next Smackdown VS Raw game?
